Meet your trainer

Toni Piek

With 18 years of personal training experience and physical therapy technician experience, Toni brings a vast understanding of exercise science and applies it to your body’s needs. From sports training with young athletes to working with clients up to 104 years old, Toni can help you reach your fitness goals.

Her certifications include:

  • National Academy of Sports Medicine Certification

  • Certified Personal Trainer

  • Performance Enhancement Specialist

  • Corrective Exercise Specialist

  • Senior Fitness Certified

  • Certified Group Fitness Instructor

A note from Toni:

I began my love of exercise when I was a stay-at-home mom of two very busy boys. I can easily say that exercise saved us! As my boys started school I decided to become a part-time Certified Personal Trainer in order to control my schedule around their school and sports activities. Since then, training has evolved into a lifestyle and a full-time passion for me. There is not a day that I don’t look forward to helping people become healthier, more fit, and have a positive mental outlook.

My wish is to help change the way we think about exercise and overall health.
