Toni has done a fantastic job of coaching me three days/week with attention to my form, something very important to me due to my injury from an auto accident. Regardless of your current level of fitness, I highly recommend Toni’s small groups or 1:1 sessions in helping you meet your fitness goals. She will challenge you while providing a variety of music that makes it enjoyable. She’s also great about bringing in other trainers to teach yoga, barre, and Zumba (Robyn is awesome!). She typically offers deals to make it more affordable—any money spent is a worthwhile investment in your health, believe me! She is reliable, professional, and extremely pleasant to work with. I also like that she helps with goal-setting and takes measurements periodically so you can keep track of your progress. I can’t speak highly enough of Toni and Elevate Fitness! ”

I have been working with Toni at Elevate Fitness for about 6 months now. Not only is she a real

professional, but she is a great health coach. I originally came to see her because I had lost a

great deal of strength due to a hip joint starting to wear out. She met me where I was at in my

fitness and knowledge and has helped me do an about face with my structure to support my hip

without any setbacks. I’m literally 90% better already.

I had no idea that the specific things she points out would help all of my finer muscles start to do

the job they are designed to do again. I so appreciate the way she structures her classes and

I woke up one morning and the world was spinning. After taking a bunch of tests and seeing my doctor, the verdict was that the nerve connecting my right ear to my brain had been damaged by a virus. I could not hear with that ear and my balance was affected.

In January, 2018, Toni Piek, our Certified Personal Trainer, here at Wheatland Village, began a class called Advanced Balance on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. I signed up and began attending. After six months I tried walking in my apartment. I found that I was able to walk with a cane. Sometimes I could walk without the cane if I held on to the walls and the furniture.

I have not fallen once since I began this class three years ago. Toni taught me how to compensate for my loss and gave me the motivation to try.  She is my miracle worker. Without her knowledge and dedication I would have to ride my scooter for the rest of my life. I now am able to walk normally with my cane. My legs are still weak but with exercise I hope to strengthen them. ”
