Private Training

One-on-one sessions, uniquely created around your health & fitness goals.

  • 1 session per week: $60

  • 2 sessions per week: $50

  • 3 sessions per week: $40

Sessions are 60 minutes. Prices are per person/per session. Open gym times are available.

Semi-Private & Small Group Training

Sometimes nothing motivates better than a buddy. Bring an extra layer of accountability to your sessions with semi-private & small group training.

Semi-Private

  • 1 session per week: $40

  • 2 sessions per week: $30

  • 3 sessions per week: $20

Sessions are 45 minutes. Prices are per person/per session. Open gym times are available.

Small Group Training (up to 8 people)

  • 1 session per week: $25

  • 2 sessions per week: $20

  • 3 sessions per week: $15
